Nightly & Brooke Alexx Light Up Paradise Rock Club in Boston

On April 17, 2025, Paradise Rock Club pulsed with the kind of electric charm only a perfectly paired lineup can bring. Brooke Alexx & Will Linley opened the show with a magnetic energy, paving the way for an emotionally charged and crowd-adoring performance from Nightly.

Brooke Alexx kicked off the night with infectious warmth, immediately striking a chord with the crowd — especially older sisters — by launching into her relatable track “Oldest.” Her ability to turn life’s messy dynamics into catchy hooks is part of what makes her stand out.  The audience roared with “awws” when she revealed “Younger” was about her boyfriend, Kipper who is on stage with her every night.

Before stepping offstage, Alexx brought the room to an emotional high with her viral single “to all my exes’ moms,” a track that’s racked up over 6.5 million streams and counting. After Brooke, Linley kept the energy high with his dance moves and asking the audience to chime in on “Girls Girls Girls.” Linley ended the set with “miss me (when you’re gone),” highlighting he hopeless romantic that he is.

Then came Nightly— Nashville’s moody alt-pop trio — who walked onstage to deafening applause. “This is one of the shows we’ve been looking forward to all tour,” frontman Jonathan Capeci told the crowd, and it showed. From the start, the band was in sync— both with each other and their fans.

One of the first few songs of the set, “Gas Station Cowboy Hats,” a fresh track from their new album, dedicated with a smile to “the two women in hats” spotted in the crowd. These personalized touches created an intimate setting between fans and the band.

The band took time to slow things down with an acoustic set treating fans to stripped-down versions of “black coffee” and “no vacancy,” both picked on the spot from audience requests. Nightly’s Boston show was memorable and to find them on tour, click here.
