REVIEW: LUV HRTS - “STAY” Single

LUV HRTS is a duo formed by long-time friends and collaborators Benjamin David and Victor Pakpour. Together, they’ve put together Hearts Vol. 1, a four-track EP that bridges indie aesthetics with the energy of electronic music.

Leading the charge is “STAY”, an infectious track that showcases LUV HRTS’ ability to blend warm melodies, introspective lyrics and precise production. Layers of dreamy synths and a steady pulse create a hypnotic groove, while subtle vocal effects add an eerie, almost otherworldly atmosphere. The result is a track that lifts the mood, striking the perfect balance between nostalgia and euphoria. The official music video, directed by Mateusz Mazur, was filmed against the autumnal backdrop of Berlin.

Benjamin David, a GRAMMY®-nominated producer known for his work as Mild Minds, and Victor Pakpour, of the alt-indie duo Ruby Haunt, have been creating together for years. What started as a casual exchange of ideas between friends has evolved into something far greater.

With Hearts Vol. 1, LUV HRTS defies genre limitations and this is only the beginning. There’s no telling where they’ll take things next.
