Noisescape Magazine’s very own debut cover artist, Softcult, made their way down from Canada to embark on their first American tour supporting alternative rock group, Teenage Wrist. While Boston was one of the last stops on the run, Softcult’s energy reflected what could’ve been one of the first, as they gave the crowd an unforgettable & rambunctious set. Lead vocalist, Mercedes Arn-Horn, filled the breaks between songs with profound poetry & poignant stories that inspired songs like “BWBB” & “Take It Off.” Their words were visceral, consistently evoking roars & applause from the crowd. Softcult’s passionate performance sparked a certain electricity in the room that was so contagious, it was sure to leave them with a slew of brand new fans.
