Tennessee-bred pop rock group, The Band Camino, stopped by Boston last weekend with a near sold out show at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Only a few shows into the tour & only a month since the release of their latest LP, The Dark; you’d think there would have to be a gradual build to get the momentum going, but fans were automatically locked in & reciting every word to every new track. “Novocaine” & “What Am I Missing?” being a few of the newer grooves that gave the audience a unique burst of energy. Their stage production also perfectly complemented the ethos of album as the set vibrantly glowed in the dark. The setlist included several of their hit singles including “1 Last Cigarette,” “See Through” & “Roses", but also dedicated time to perform some of their earliest projects from 2016 such as “Berenstein” & “The Black and White.” In between lasers & confetti, The Band Camino provided a full night of hip-shaking & endless entertainment significant enough to wholeheartedly recommend to everyone you speak to in the days following to witness themselves.
