As 8:30pm rolled around, you could hear the crowd singing along to the in-house music being played while the curtains lifted up to see Blake Rose standing with an assortment of instruments surrounding him. The crowd now started to scream as he went into his opening song. The energy in the room shifted and voices could now be heard singing along to his opener "Rollerblades." Aside from his unique voice, Rose showed off his other musical talents by playing multiple instruments on stage to make his small stage setup sound much bigger than one would expect. He continued his set playing other hits including "Ordinary People," "Casanova," "Heavy Shit," and closed with the celestial groove, "Lost." LA was loving every minute of it. Rose continuously thanked the beautiful, young LA crowd as they undoubtedly adored his short but very sweet set.
